Physio- led Pilates
Tailored 1:1 and small group Pilates, led by a Physiotherapist for injury rehab and fitness.
Our Pilates classes and one-to -one sessions are led by Michaela, a Specialised Physiotherapist and APPI Matwork Pilates Instructor. Unlike a typical Pilates class, every session is grounded in expert knowledge of injury, movement, and rehabilitation.
In a small, supportive group, you'll benefit from safe, effective exercises tailored to help you reduce pain, prevent injury, build strength, and move with confidence.
Various different class options are available to suit all levels of ability and individual goals.
Pilates for Back Pain
A small-group class designed for anyone managing neck or back pain, stiffness, or general discomfort that's holding them back from daily life. Sessions focus on building core control, improving mobility, and restoring confidence in movement — at a pace that respects where your body is right now.
Ideal for: people with current or recurring neck or back pain, those recovering from a flare-up, or anyone wanting to build a stronger, more resilient back.
Pilates for Runners
A group class designed to help you run stronger, improve performance, and reduce your risk of injury. You’ll strengthen the key muscles for running, improve biomechanics, enhance core stability, and optimise running posture for greater efficiency. Suitable for runners of all levels, with expert guidance from a Physiotherapist specialising in rehabilitation of running injuries.
Pilates for All
This class is designed to suit a wide range of abilities. Whether you're brand new to Pilates or already familiar with the fundamentals, this class will help you to improve movement and build a strong foundation for long term health. With a welcoming small-group you'll benefit from expert guidance and individual feedback.
