Pilates is a powerful tool which can be used in many different ways alongside rehabilitaton, injury prevention or improving stability and control for performance.

It is based on key principles including breathing, postural awareness, stability, and alignment.

Michaela is a fully qualified APPI Pilates Instructor in Matwork and Ante & Post Natal Pilates. She works one-on-one and with various local clubs & gyms.

Through individual sessions, Michaela tailors exercises to restore balance, improve flexibility and build endurance, making it an ideal compliment to physiotherapy. Whether recovering from an injury or looking to improve movement patterns, Michaela will use a personalised approach giving you a strong foundation for long-term movement.
